Signing in with Ringaro portal credentials is not available yet. Customer sign-in needs Developer API credentials from Ringaro — a client ID and client secret. An administrator adds them under Customers → Credentials. An API key on its own is not enough; the switch requires both. If you were given a temporary password, it works above.
